Freight and plant haulage
Choose the work you do. Use either workflow, or both in the same company.
From a load to an invoice
1. Plan loads
Enter cargo, customer reference, addresses and collection/delivery dates. Leave loads unallocated until you are ready.
2. Allocate and release
Choose a driver, vehicle and trailer. Review the plan before sending instructions. Carry delivery into another day when needed.
3. Record the work
Drivers complete checks, record ticket numbers and net weights, and attach collection and delivery tickets. They enter their own timesheets.
4. Prepare invoices
Review completed work with its references, tickets and agreed per-load, per-tonne or hourly charges. Review the invoice before sending.
A practice day, not a sales slideshow
See how the team works together
1. Office
Plan the day
Load the worked sample or start empty. Add work, choose the vehicle and driver, then review before dispatch.
2. Driver
Follow the assigned work
Explore the shift, walkaround and delivery-evidence screens. Use fictional details only.
3. Workshop
Keep maintenance visible
Explore asset records, inspections and defects. Real companies enter their own verified dates and costs.
4. Finance
Review before billing
Explore delivered work and invoice preparation. The demo does not agree a price, charge you or send your customers an invoice.
The practice role switch is for this demonstration only. In a real company, each person uses their own login and assigned access.
Try the software
The public practice workspace uses plant-haulage sample work with the full feature set switched on, including multi-depot. For a freight demonstration or mixed fleet, contact us to arrange a walkthrough. Company setup and prices are agreed separately.
