Use Company files for ordinary business documents and Certificates for anything with an expiry date or needed for dispatch. PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV and TXT files are supported up to 20MB each. Deleted company files stay recoverable for 30 days and count towards storage until permanently removed. Operational evidence such as PODs, walkarounds and maintenance photos stays with its workflow and does not use this allowance.

Existing files remain available to view and download, but new uploads pause until you remove files (including anything still in the recycle bin) or add more storage. Optional storage is billed monthly as a separate subscription, so it does not change a Plant Haulage package or a personalised product agreement.

Plant Haulage Starter, Growth and Elite use one flat package fee per organisation and include any number of drivers and planners. Plant Haulage Custom, Aggregates and Road Planing use a clearly agreed personalised licence based on the operation, depots, capabilities, volume, integrations and support required.

No. Starter, Growth and Elite include unlimited drivers and unlimited planner seats. The sizing notes on the package cards are guidance about the feature set an operation usually needs, never a head-count cap.

Starter (£199/mo) is everything to plan, dispatch and communicate with your drivers — the planning board, load weight calculator, driver app, live GPS tracking, proof of delivery, live traffic and driver analytics, with unlimited planner seats and email support. Growth (£399/mo) adds your own digital maintenance & workshop planners (PMIs, MOT, VED with automated reminders), the external haulier tracker for budget and external spend, automated reporting and email support. Elite (£650/mo) adds company branding, priority support, carbon-emissions & diesel-use reporting, invoicing, Toolbox Talks and the data API. Multi-depot is available only through a Custom package.

Plant Haulage, Aggregates and Road Planing are separate product licences. Plant Haulage offers Starter, Growth, Elite or Custom. Aggregates and Road Planing use personalised Custom licences, with implementation, migration and integrations quoted clearly where required.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you only pay the remainder of the period for the difference. Downgrades apply at your next renewal, so you keep what you have paid for. Switching monthly to annual applies straight away with unused time credited.

For Plant Haulage Starter, Growth and Elite, annual billing gives you two months free versus monthly and the monthly equivalent is shown clearly. Personalised product agreements state their own monthly or annual terms in the quote.

Yes. Every product provides approved exports, and the data API can be included in Elite or a personalised product agreement. Keys are scoped to the organisation and licensed product, so one product cannot expose another product’s records.

Cancel any time from the in-app billing page (Stripe Customer Portal). Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops — and your data stays exportable throughout. Billing is handled securely by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.
