No. Drivers use a focused phone experience in their browser and see only their own released work. There is no separate app-store download or charge for the driver.
No. It is a planning aid using the payload limits you record. Operators remain responsible for trailer plates, axle limits, gross weights, routes and operator-licence obligations.
Yes. Hired plant, its transport and its accrued cost can be kept with the job. External haulier work and spend are available in the appropriate Plant Haulage package or Custom agreement.
Yes when invoicing is included. An invoice can mix completed moves, external work and free-typed hire or service lines. Linked lines retain their proof; manual lines make no false proof claim.
Operational data can be exported, so choosing GoPlannr does not have to be a decision you can never reverse. Data is isolated per operator, and an API is available on the Elite package.
Multi-depot is available only through a personalised Custom package. Single-yard customers keep the same simple layout without additional depot controls.
Optimise (Beta), the spreadsheet and email Auto-plan builder, is included in Elite. It is not available in Starter or Growth, and can be selected by GoPlannr HQ as part of a personalised Custom package.
