- 1Create the job and dated shift with scope, crew, planer, sweeper, bowser, support vehicles and tippers.
- 2Use normal GoPlannr plant moves for mobilisation and demobilisation.
- 3Record append-only start, pause, downtime, variation, measurement and completion evidence.
- 4Approve actual output and commercial charges, then invoice with proof links intact.

GoPlannr coordinates and proves the work.
It complements industrial and accounting systems rather than pretending to replace safety-critical controls or specialist production records.
- • The paid pilot accepts audited CSV machine-report imports. Excel/PDF formats are planned or quoted after source-file review; GoPlannr does not recreate machine sensors or controls.
- • Traffic management, permits, RAMS and waste decisions remain the operator’s professional responsibility.
- • Ordinary planings and coal-tar routes stay explicitly separate; GoPlannr does not claim legal certification.
Honest pilot status: this workflow is being built and validated with paid design partners. We will not describe it as generally available until live operations, reconciliation and support are repeatable.
